Having always been interested in human growth & development and teaching, Cynthia finds great satisfaction in introducing effective governance, mediation and Nonviolent CommunicationSM (NVC) skills to organizations, school groups and businesses.  By helping herself and others to develop a consciousness and language of compassion and connection, she believes she's contributing to peace one person at a time.  Through her own oil painting and opening her studio to family and friends to creatively express, Cynthia experiences further contribution to peace on our planet. By co-founding and supporting two non-profits centered around NVC, her passion is stewarded in both Ohio and Georgia.
