HOUSING
Campus Village housing
We encourage you to apply early to be eligible for our on-campus housing option, which allows for the community we grow together to continue building relationships even after our formal programming has ended for the day. On-campus housing is limited, however, so please apply early to take advantage of this option.
Each air-conditioned housing unit in the CAMPUS VILLAGE has 4 individual, private bedrooms with a shared common living room, full kitchen, and 1.5 bathrooms. Each room in the housing unit will be equipped with all necessary linens (sheets, pillowcases/pillows, blanket, towel, and washcloth). You will need to provide any additional toiletries that you may need.
These rooms will be available for check-in at 11:00 a.m. on Sunday, August 1st, and will need to be vacated by NOON on Saturday, August 7th.
Campus Village housing does not have wireless internet access; however, most meeting rooms and other campus areas do have wireless available.
Hotels
There are several hotels available near the campus; however, they will be significantly more expensive than the on-campus options:
Baymont: 937-383-3950
Holiday Inn Express: 877-863-4780
Hampton Inn: 937-382-4400
Other hotels can be found here.
PARKING
There is plenty of parking on the Wilmington campus. All parking lots will have signs warning that violators will be ticketed. This does not apply during the summer, so feel free to park in these lots—no permit is necessary. When parking across the street from the Village, please park only in spaces with white lines (not in yellow parking spaces).
Please click here for the parking map.
FOOD
Your registration cost covers dinner on Sunday, August 1st, breakfast, lunch and dinner on the 2-6th (Monday through Friday) and breakfast and lunch on Saturday, August 7th.
All meals will be served on campus in the main dining hall. We will do our best to provide a wide-range of both meat and vegetarian options. You may wish to bring additional items if you have severe allergies or preferences.
PPI WEBPAGE
We have created a PPI webpage where registered participants will find suggested preparatory readings, participant bios, complete descriptions of program sessions and other very useful information.
If you are a registered participant, to access the website please click here and use the login information you received in the email.
