Explanation of Fees for Peacebuilding Peacelearning Intensive
After receiving notification of acceptance, a deposit of $700 is required to guarantee your space. Full payment is due in advance of the Intensive. Please click here for information on applying for scholarships.

*Groups of 3 or more will be given a discount of $65 per person--please mark on the application if you will be attending as a team.
**The PPI is designed as a residential learning experience where there is little time in-between sessions for preparing meals. Dining together provides for additional informal learning and community-building opportunities. Upon applying, please inform us of any dietary needs or restrictions, and we will do our best to accommodate.
***Limited on-campus housing is the most affordable and convenient option. Other options are also available. See “housing” below for more details.

*To qualify for the early bird discount you must apply by April 15 and submit your deposit by May 15th.
Cancellation Policy
We hope that nothing will keep you from joining us, but we do know that unforeseen problems can occur. Cancellations through July 14th will be fully refunded minus a $75 service fee.
In order to honor our own rental contract commitments:
- After July 15th, payments can be fully refunded minus the housing payment ($225)
- After the final payment deadline on July 23rd we will fully refund tuition payments and will be unable to refund either housing or meal payments ($470).

Please check the box on the form that you are paying for "Registration Fees for NPA Programs". In the "Fee Payment Description/Message" text box, please designate what fees are being paid (tuition, lodging, deposit, etc.), for which program (i.e., PPI), and for whom (name of registrant or, if a group, registrants covered by the payment).

To Donate to the Scholarship Fund
The National Peace Academy is developing a small scholarship fund to support those who need financial assistance to participate. To Donate to the NPA scholarship fund by credit card, please click here and check the box marked "Donation designated for National Peace Academy program scholarships".
